Executive Summary

We inspect hundreds of features and take numerous photos to include in our written report. Each report has a great color-coded key that rates the safety and serviceability of these features.

RED = Dangerous condition that should be corrected as soon as possible.
YELLOW = Hazardous or potentially hazardous condition exists that should be addressed.
BLUE = Upgrade or repair recommended
ORANGE = Client to monitor the condition and take appropriate action as necessary.
PURPLE = Identified item will more than likely require replacement within the next 5 years.
BLACK = Items not operable at time of inspection

One of the best features of our Home Inspection report is that the report is very detailed. Our report shows you area by area, the positive and negative features of any home. We flag dangerous, hazardous or items that need repair. This information can be used to negotiate repairs to be made by the seller and/or reduce the price of the home. Furthermore, our client/homeowners tell us that they refer to our reports for YEARS after the home purchase is made.  That’s music to our ears!
